摘要

The new method is an improved casting-rolling production route for producing Fe-3.2Si Cold-rolled grain oriented (CRGO) electrical steel which consists of controlled small amounts of C and Al. This essentially eliminates the high temperature slab reheat/homogenization treatment at about 1300 °C. The method provides a simplified four stage hot rolling method at low temperature below 1000 °C for the production of hot band. This method provides an improvement to our co-pending patent related to production of Goss texture in electrical steel sheets, wherein the improvement is in the area of hot-band preparation
