A 3D human face reconstruction method and apparatus and a server. The method comprises: determining feature points on an acquired 2D human face image (S200); determining a posture parameter of a human face according to the feature points, and adjusting the posture of a universal three-dimensional human face model according to the posture parameter (S210); determining points corresponding to the feature points on the universal three-dimensional human face model, and adjusting the corresponding points in a sheltered status, so as to obtain a preliminary 3D human face model (S220); and deforming and adjusting the preliminary 3D human face model (S230), and performing texture mapping on the deformed 3D human face model, and obtaining a final 3D human face (S240).
