The present invention relates to a composition for inducing differentiation from nerve cell into dopaminergic neuron, containing a compound (also known as AS703026) which is a MEK1/2 inhibitor and is represented by chemical formula 1. The present invention further relates to a differentiation method using the same. The dopaminergic neuron differentiated from the neural stem cell using the composition can be applied to gene therapy or cell replacement therapy for treating neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson′s disease.
