INTEREST AREA ANALYSIS METHOD FOR DISASTER SAFETY INTEGRATED SITUATION MANAGEMENT

The present invention relates to construction of a disaster safety integrated management system based on GIS on the basis of spatial information data based on a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional map. The system comprises: a smart mobile device (1) in which a disaster information collection application is installed to collect and transmit disaster information such as picture and movie; a smart big board server (2) in which the disaster information transmitted from the smart mobile device (1) is stored; and a smart big board screen (3) on which the disaster information stored in the big board server (2) is displayed on a map together with time and position information. In the smart big board screen (3), a geographic information system (GIS) is provided, the disaster information transmitted from the smart mobile device (1), that is, contents including picture, field streaming image, real-time weather information, CCTV image, and big data such as SNS are simultaneously displayed and performed in a layer of the spatial information data based on the 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional map (31). In a case where a user sets or stores a range about an interest area on the map (31), when disaster information and various kinds of content are generated in the interest area, they are filtered by geo-fenching and are simultaneously displayed and performed in a layer on the map (31).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
