The present invention relates to a drilling marine structure including an apparatus for restraining flow inside a moon pool, and a drilling marine structure including the same. More specifically, a first flow reduction member of a porous structure is installed on a lower front surface of a BOP guide portion (guide plate) of a BOP trolley, and a second flow reduction member of a porous structure is installed on a lower rear surface of the BOP guide portion, thereby blocking an overflow phenomenon in advance where a wave inside the moon pool crashes an outer wall, on the side of a stern of a ship, of a recess, vertically rises, and returns back to a main deck and, further, securing safety of a worker passing through the main deck near the recess on the side of the stern of the ship.
