The present invention relates to a task management method based on a task performing calendar capable of being run by a computer, and a task management server performing the same. The method comprises the steps of: (a) receiving a task solution request, which defines at least one task performing receiver, a deadline of the task performance, a compensation for the task performance, and a task request content, from a task solution requester terminal, to save in a task database; (b) according to the request of the task performing receiver terminal, searching a task solution request related to the task performing receiver in the task database to provide a task performance calendar expressing the deadline of the task performance as a schedule; and (c) storing a task solution reply received from a task performing replier terminal in the task database by correlating the same with the task solution request, and according to the approval of the task performing request terminal, providing a compensation for the task performance.
