The present invention provides a method for detection of Nosema disease using a loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method, which is a specific LAMP method which can be actually used in a beekeeping place and can detect Nosema apis and Nosema ceranae respectively for accurate diagnosis of Nosema disease. The present invention relates to a primer composition comprising a primer set of SEQ No 1 to 4 or a primer set of SEQ ID No 5 to 8, and provides a method for detecting Nosema disease by performing an isothermal amplification reaction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
