The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a thermal shield coating layer using suspension plasma thermal spraying and, more specifically, relates to a method of manufacturing a high-temperature environment thermal shield coating layer, comprising: (a) a step of preparing a suspension in which thermal shield coating oxide particles are dispersed; and (b) a step of forming a coating layer on a parent metal by suspension plasma thermal spraying using the suspension. The thermal shield coating layer includes low thermal conductivity complex oxide ceramics represented by A_(2-x)Zr_(2+x)O_(7+0.5x) (where A is Gd, Sm, or Dy, 0 x = 1), and having a fluorite crystalline single structure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
