The present invention relates to a solid recirculation device of a dry carbon dioxide collecting apparatus, a method for controlling the solid recirculation device of the dry carbon dioxide collecting apparatus, and the dry carbon dioxide collecting apparatus having the solid recirculation device. The dry carbon dioxide collecting apparatus comprises: an absorption reactor; an absorption reactor cyclone; a regeneration reactor; and a regeneration reactor cyclone. The solid recirculation device is positioned on one side of a solid inlet pipe which is provided between the absorption reactor cyclone and the regeneration reactor; and controls solid flow of the solid inlet pipe. The solid recirculation device includes: a solid circulation valve which is positioned on the one side of the solid inlet pipe, and controls a flow amount of an absorbent which flows in the regeneration reactor; and a gas spraying pipe which is provided on an upper side of the solid circulation valve, injects gas to a solid layer positioned on the upper side of the solid circulation valve, and fluidizes the gas.
