The present invention relates to a method for regulating oxidative stress resistance of drosophila including a step of adjusting the expression degree of Art1 gene, which is an oxidative stress resistant gene derived from drosophila; transgenic drosophila having the Art1 gene introduced and overexpressed and having increased resistance to oxidative stress; and a method for screening for an oxidative stress resistant agent using the transgenic drosophila. Using the method of regulating the oxidative stress resistance of drosophila provided by the present invention, the in vivo action mechanism of the Art1 gene directly related to the life span can be studied more precisely, and thus the method can be widely used for the stress-related studies related to the life span.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
