An objective of the present invention is to provide a PbS-based quantum dot sensitized solar cell including a high light absorption layer having a high light absorptivity while having a thin thickness to make a dispersion distance become short. According to the present invention, a method to manufacture a PbS-based quantum dot comprises the following steps of: preparing a solution including an aromatic amine-based copper composite; and mixing the solution with PbS nanocrystals to generate a cation exchange reaction between lead ions and copper ions, to form the PbS-based quantum dot.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
