The present invention relates to a multi-stage filtration-induced depth filter, a production method thereof, and a filter assembly including the same. To this end, the multi-stage filtration-induced depth filter comprises: a core part; and a multilayered filter part on which at least two layers of a positively charged medium at the top of an outer circumferential surface of the core part and a filter separation film are alternatively laminated.
