Disclosed are a virtual reality device, and a remote control system using an omnidirectional camera and a virtual reality device. According to various embodiments of the present invention, the virtual reality device which remotely controls a field wearer device used in a field, comprises: a housing wearable by a user of a virtual reality device; a long term evolution (LTE) communications module disposed in the housing, and relaying communications with a field wearer device; a display module disposed in the housing to output a virtual space supported by the virtual reality device; a push to talk (PTT) module disposed in the housing to collect a voice signal of the user of the virtual reality device; and a control unit for receiving an omnidirectional image photographed by the field wearer device related to the field from a server through the LTE communications module, outputting the received omnidirectional image through the virtual space of the display module, collecting the voice signal of the user of the virtual reality device on the basis of the omnidirectional image through the PTT module to generate field instruction information, and transmitting the generated field instruction information to the field wearer device or the server through the LTE communications module.
