The present invention relates to a precast concrete block for terraced retaining wall construction for slope reinforcement and rapid construction, and a retaining wall construction method using the same. In detail, a precast concrete block is molded to include both sides and a rear side being open and only a top plate, a front plate, and a bottom plate being integrally formed, to allow a side cross-section to have an angular C-shape. A cement concrete injection hole, with which a stopper is detachably coupled, is formed in front and rear parts of the center of the top plate to inject concrete into a space portion formed between a slope and the inside of the precast concrete block. A side plate for preventing concrete and soil from leaking is further formed on a left side or a right side of precast concrete blocks installed at both ends of the slope. When the precast concrete blocks are installed in the front of the slope to be terraced, a respective interlayer of blocks is installed in a zigzag pattern to be engaged in half with respective blocks, located in the upper and lower parts of adjacent blocks in a horizontal direction. Therefore, since a separate mold or the like is not required, time, construction costs, labor costs, and the like caused by slope reinforcement construction may be significantly reduced. The outer appearance of the precast concrete blocks may be prevented from being damaged by leaked mortar. Damage to a retaining wall for slope reinforcement may be significantly reduced. In addition, double construction may be prevented and damage to a retaining wall caused by an anchor, soil nailing, or the like may also be prevented.
