The present invention relates to a dangerous situation control device for an uninterrupted flow expressway to correspond to a danger section outbreak situation including a traffic accident frequent section in an expressway and a method for the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dangerous situation control device for an uninterrupted flow expressway includes: a communication unit collecting vehicle detecting information by communicating with a vehicle detector installed in every position at predetermined intervals by each setting danger section on an uninterrupted flow expressway; a control unit determines multiple pieces of different traffic situation information in accordance with a vehicle speed at the each position by the setting danger section on an uninterrupted flow road in accordance with the vehicle detecting information and generating and controlling a control signal differently controlling a warning motion of multiple auxiliary warning devices including an auxiliary warning lamp and a warning sound generation device at the each setting danger section on the uninterrupted flow road by the each different traffic situation information; and an interface unit individually providing the control signal of the control unit to the multiple auxiliary warning devices. The dangerous situation control device for an uninterrupted flow expressway can prevent a traffic accident by providing visual and auditory information on a front road situation for a driver driving from the back in traffic jam, in other words, the outbreak of an emergency situation and incident situation. The dangerous situation control device for an uninterrupted flow express can improve determination performance on the incident situation and can improve accuracy using spatial information to prevent an error when a similar situation which is not an actual incident situation breaks out to accurately detect traffic jam, in other words, the incident information.
