The present invention provides a sextia connection device comprising a sleeve and a sextia. The sleeve has a tubular shape with a through-hole, receives a lower vertical pipe inserted from a lower part, comprises: an insertion part having a foaming agent reception space with an opened lower part, and having an insertion groove into which upper and lower vertical pipes are inserted inward; a sleeve body having a support part formed therein; a foamed fire retardant filling agent received in the foaming agent reception space; and a flange part combined with the lower part of the sleeve body to close the foaming agent reception part. The sextia has a tubular shape, inserts a lower part into the upper part of the sleeve body to allow the bottom part to be supported by the support part, has an insertion hole into which the upper and lower vertical pipes are inserted inward to be able to slide in an upper part, and comprises: a sextia body having a sliding pocket part for a slide gap of the upper vertical pipe to be able to adjust the exposure length of the upper vertical pipe; a sextia branch pipe integrally connected to communicate with the side surface of the sextia body; and a fastening part formed in the upper part of the sextia body. Accordingly, due to a structure installed by penetrating and inserting the sextia and the vertical pipe inside the upper and lower parts of the sleeve, respectively, through the sleeve instead of an existing peanut pipe, an existing separate clamp to fixate the vertical pipe is not required, so workability is able to be improved.
