DATABASE SYSTEM FOR SUBSEQUENCE MATCHING AND METHOD THEREOF

A database system for subsequence matching and a method thereof are disclosed. A data indexing method includes a step of dividing a data sequence into a plurality of data windows by using a sliding window; a step of normalizing the data windows such that the scales of the data windows are equal; and a step of generating the index of the data sequence by using the normalized data windows.
