System for the subsequent sealing of structures (in particular building basements) against pressurized water with textile-reinforced concrete interior basins based on microcrystalline mortar
With the system described here for patent application, the described novel developments have solved the existing application problems in the subsequent sealing of structures (in particular building basements) against pressurized water with textile-reinforced concrete inner tubs. Thus, practical sealing system was created, which provides the labor / cost of a classic inner seal based on sealing slurries a significantly higher-quality seal with the robustness and pressure water tightness of an inner tub made of WU concrete and a high quality repair wet basements in a reasonable cost. This is achieved by three essential changes in comparison to the previous application principles: Sealing mortar formulation, which despite use of a subsequent microcrystalline sealant despite relatively low strength even during normal application by hand has a significantly increased structure density (water impermeable from 3 cm to 12 bar water pressure), Even later cracks self-sealing and thus less crack-spreading reinforcement needed. - Reinforcement and anchoring system made of basalt fibers, which is durable, does not corrode, absorb high tensile forces and can be very easily waterproofed incorporated into the sealing mortar structure. - Pressure-watertight working and connection joint sealing also on existing components by using the XYPEX system even with small component cross-sections (from 3 cm).
