PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature thermal decomposition apparatus which contributes substantially to processing of organic matters, by improving thermal decomposition speed according to low temperature thermal decomposition of organic matters categorized as industrial waste.;SOLUTION: A low temperature thermal decomposition apparatus 1 for organic matters includes: a magnetized fluid supply machine 2 which magnetizes and feeds air; a processing chamber 6 into which organic matters are thrown-in and stored to be subjected to low temperature thermal decomposition; a storage body 25; plural fluid supply pipes 10 which supply the magnetized air from the magnetized fluid supply machine 2, like a vortex, into the processing chamber 6; and a gas purification machine 11 which flows in, purifies and discharges an exhaust gas containing toxic substances that are generated in accompany with the low temperature decomposition and caused by contact between the organic matters and the magnetized air in the processing chamber 6. The magnetized fluid supply machine 2 is equipped with: air blowing means 61 for forcibly delivering the magnetized air by magnetic action into the processing chamber via the plural fluid supply pipes; and an adjustment valve 18 for air flow amount adjustment.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
