PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire correction machining information for correction machining.;SOLUTION: A spectacle lens peripheral edge machining information setting device for setting correction machining information for correction machining of a machined lens with the lens peripheral edge having been machined for fitting the lens in a spectacle frame comprises: shape data acquisition means for acquiring shape data on the machined lens; machining information acquisition means for acquiring machining information used for making the machined lens from machining information stored in storage means on the basis of the shape data acquired by the shape data acquisition means; setting means for setting correction data for acquiring the correction machining information; and computation means for correcting the machining information acquired by the machining information acquisition means on the basis of the correction data set by the setting means to acquire the correction machining information.
