PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting heat deterioration degree of a resin without stirring the resin by actually operating a device, which becomes complex heat flow condition such as an extruder or a stirring tank.SOLUTION: By using a method for calculating heat history of virtual particles in a resin fluid and calculating heat history of a resin from an average value or an integrated value of heat history of all virtual particles in the resin fluid, heat history of the resin from inflow to outflow of the resin into a device when the device for flowing the resin is operated under a desired operation condition is calculated, the calculated heat history is input to a relational expression derived in advance between the heat history and heat deterioration degree and the heat deterioration degree of the resin when operated under the desired operation condition is predicted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
