PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehensively test a cognitive function of a subject and diagnose the presence/absence of mild cognitive impairment by considering age of the subject.SOLUTION: A diagnostic system for presence/absence of mild cognitive impairment includes: means (32) for acquiring test data, with respect to each of a test for logical immediately-memorizing ability, a test for visual space cognition ability, a test for word immediately-memorizing ability, a test for cognitive function including orientation, memorizing ability, calculating ability, linguistic ability and figurative ability, a test for attention function, a test for performance function, a test for information processing ability, a test for suppressing function, a test for word subsequently-reproducing ability and a test for logical subsequently-recognizing ability; means (31) for acquiring age data for a subject; and means (22) for diagnosing whether the subject has mild cognitive impairment by comparing the test data for at least one of the tests with the test data obtained by executing the at least one of the tests for multiple persons in an age range corresponding to the age data.
