Provided is a method for treatment of atopic dermatitis and infectious dermatitis with biological spa therapy. The method seeks to cure or alleviate symptoms of atopic dermatitis by bathing in a bathwater containing, as dominant bacteria, not less than 10⁵Bacillus bacteria per 1 mL of the bathwater.
