The technical solutions are as below: building a system for rapidly deploying an application based on the customized Android platform, wherein the system includes a cloud application store running in a cloud server and an application store client running in a mobile intelligent device; improving the installation process of the application for the Android system, introducing the cloud application store and a store client, and incorporating an optimized target file into the APK file, wherein the optimized target file is needed when the mobile intelligent device runs the application.
