The present invention relates to a method for determining joint ecosystem services by preferably analyzing vegetation, bees and drosophila. This method enables the determination of ecosystem services for their quantification, especially relating carbon quantification with the biodiversity of bees, drosophila and plants. The steps related to the application of the method with the preferred variables vegetation, bees or drosophila will be described in detail below. In this sense for the vegetation was calculated the carbon, while for the other variables (bees and drosophila) it was observed the variation of biodiversity or its non-variation, with respect to the amount of carbon in the vegetation.
