The method and the system for coordinating and optimizing the services offered by good road transport companies ADT1, ADT2... ADTn provide for the entry, via a web platform, of data relating to the routes planned for transport vehicles MDT1, MDT2... MDTn belonging to the same transport companies ADT1, ADT2... ADTn in a database at an operations center 50, and the collection of data relating to the geolocation of transport vehicles MDT1, MDT2... MDTn via GPS 1, GPS 2... GPSn devices mounted on transport vehicles MDT1, MDT2... MDTn and connected with collection centers CDR1, CDR2... CDRn via mobile communication devices. The data collected sent to the operations center 50 and aggregated are recorded on a main database. The platform is also enabled to receive the transport service requests from users UT1, UT2... UTn, whose requests are compared with the data relative to the programmed routes and geolocation of transport vehicles MDT1, MDT2... MDTn in order to coordinate the collection of goods for the execution of the received transport service requests by the transport vehicle or vehicles MDT1, MDT2... MDTn which show the planned route and/or the geographical position most suitable for carrying out the collection.
