DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY EQUALIZING TENSIONS OF STEEL WIRE ROPES FOR MULTI-ROPE WINDING AND HOISTING IN DEEP VERTICAL SHAFT

A device and a method for automatically equalizing tensions of steel wire ropes (1-2) for multi-rope winding and hoisting in a deep vertical shaft, comprising a drive system (1) which is consisted of a drum hoist (1-1), steel wire ropes (1-2) for hoisting, a hoisting container (1-3), diversion sheaves (1-4), and a tail rope (1-5). Slide guiding head sheaves (2), being capable of moving upward and downward, are provided on the drive system (1), and a tension balancing mechanism (3) consisted of balance ropes (3-1) is connected to the slide guiding head sheaves (2). When a tension imbalance occurs in the steel wire ropes (1-2) for hoisting during the operation of a hoisting system, a tension balance can be realized by means of the tension balancing mechanism (3) connected to the slide guiding head sheaves (2). The device of the present invention is simple in structure, processes easily, has reliable performance, is simple to mount and maintain, and can automatically adjust the tension of each steel wire rope (1-2) for hoisting to be balanced.
