Disclosed is a fault fracture zone reinforcement method for a rock TBM tunnel. A fault fracture zone reinforcement operation is performed during a rock tunnel excavation operation using a rock tunnel excavation apparatus comprising: an excavation body comprising a rotating cutter head and a forward movement part for moving the rotating cutter head forward; a gripper body for supporting the excavation body by closely attaching to a rock tunnel surface when the excavation body moves forward; and a segment erector interposed between the rotating cutter head of the excavation body and the gripper body. The fault fracture zone reinforcement operation comprises: a first step (S1) for connecting a segment to the segment erector; a second step (S2) for closely attaching the segment erector having the segment connected thereto to a rock tunnel surface located on a fault fracture zone by rotating the segment erector; and a third step (S3) for coupling and fixing a set anchor to the segment closely attached to the rock tunnel surface, wherein the fault fracture zone reinforcement operation comprises a segment construction step (S4) for constructing a plurality of segments in a 360-degree direction around the circular rock tunnel surface located on the fault fracture zone by repeatedly performing the first to third steps, wherein the segment construction step (S4) is performed such that, by rotating the segment erector having the segment connected thereto, the segment rotates, and thus a plurality of segments are assembled and installed so as to not overlap with each other and have the lateral surfaces thereof closely attach with each other.
