Disclosed in the present invention is a method for rendering clinical trial information in a medical examination format between clinical trial volunteers and a medical institution conducting a clinical trial, comprising the steps of: receiving, from the medical institution conducting a clinical trial, clinical trial volunteer recruitment notice information and generating a reference medical examination chart; transmitting and posting clinical trial volunteer recruitment notice information from a clinical trial medical examination-rendering integration server to a terminal of a clinical trial volunteer on which a clinical trial sign-up app has been installed; the clinical trial medical examination-rendering integration server transmitting, to the terminal of the clinical trial volunteer, a basic medical examination chart including basic identification information, physical information, and participation decision in the clinical trial; the clinical trial medical examination-rendering integration server receiving, from the terminal of the clinical trial volunteer, inputted information relating to the basic medical examination chart and generating a pre-visit medical examination chart; the clinical trial medical examination-rendering integration server comparing the basic medical examination chart and the pre-visit medical examination chart and determining eligibility for the clinical trial; and notifying through the terminal of the clinical trial volunteer, thereby enabling rapid selection of optimal candidates for the clinical trial from among eligible clinical trial participants by using digitized medical examination chart information.
