The apparatus according to the present invention includes: a raw data dividing unit for dividing the raw data related to a raw image into at least two pieces of sub data so that each piece of the sub data partially overlaps with the adjacent data; a processing result obtaining unit for obtaining results obtained by processing the raw image based on the sub data; and an image generating unit for generating the SAR image and the ISAR image based on the results obtained by processing.
