The present invention relates to a time delay product-based composite aperture focusing method which improves a performance of a photoacoustic microscope, wherein the method comprises: (1) a step of calculating a photoacoustic data detection region; (2) a step of calculating a time delay, and extracting signal data; (3) a step of combining signal data of each scan line; (4) a step of calculating data for each depth; (5) a step of passing a band filter for the calculated data; and (6) a step of reflecting an interference factor to the data which has passed through the band filter.
