The present invention provides a location-based multimedia posting system. The position-based multimedia posting system according to an aspect of the present invention includes a position measuring unit for measuring a position of a user, a stay time determining unit for determining a stay time at a place which the user visits, a storage unit for storing a photograph or a moving picture photographed by the camera when it is determined that the user stays at the visited place, a multimedia transmitting unit for posting the stored photograph or moving picture on a web page, and a map link unit for linking the photograph or moving picture transmitted on the web page to the place which the user visits on a provided map. Accordingly, the present invention can more easily post multimedia on the web page of a social network service using a smart device and the user can acquire a point or a discount ticket.
