The present invention relates to a fishery farming system (200) for preventing red tide damage. The fishery farming system (200) comprises: a fishery farming water tank (210); a seawater supply pipe which has one side formed to supply seawater to the fishery farming water tank (210) and the other side formed to be submerged in seawater; a discharge pipe (241) which is connected to the seawater supply pipe between the seawater farming water tank (210) and seawater to discharge a part of seawater flowing in the seawater supply pipe; a dissolved oxygen amount measuring sensor (243) for measuring the amount of dissolved oxygen of seawater supplied to the fishery farming water tank (210); a first pump (237) provided on the seawater supply pipe to flow seawater to the fishery farming water tank; a shut-off valve (233) provided on the seawater supply pipe to open and close the flow of seawater; and a control unit (271) connected to a first motor (235) to drive the dissolved oxygen amount measuring sensor (243), the shut-off valve (233), and the first pump (237) to control an operation of the first motor (235) and the opening and closing of the shut-off valve (233) according to a signal from the dissolved oxygen amount measuring sensor (243). The dissolved oxygen amount measuring sensor (243) is installed in the discharge pipe (241) to measure the dissolved oxygen amount of seawater discharged through the discharge pipe (241).
