The present invention relates to a QCA decoder. According to the present invention, the QCA decoder includes: a first wire receiving a first input signal; a second wire receiving a second input wire; a third wire receiving an enable signal; fourth and seventh wires connected with the second wire to deliver the second input signal; a fifth wire connected with the first wire to deliver the first input signal; sixth and ninth wires connected with the second wire to deliver a signal inverted from the second input signal; a seventh wire connected with the first wire to deliver a signal inverted from the first input signal; a first matrix logic cell connected with the fourth, fifth, and third wires to output a first output signal through a logical product gate function; a second matrix logic cell connected with the fifth, sixth, and third wires to output a second output signal through the logical product gate function; a third matrix logic cell connected with the seventh, eighth, and third wires to output a third output signal through a logical product gate function; and a fourth matrix logic cell connected with the eighth, ninth, and third wires to output a fourth output signal through the logical product gate function. According to the present invention, provided is a decoder having an expandable structure using quantum dot cellular automata.
