According to an embodiment of the present invention, a blood pressure estimating device includes: a measurement part measuring a preset kind of biosignal from a user; a state determining part determining which one of preset state types the users body state corresponds to the measured biosignal; a database storing corresponding relation information for making each of the state types correspond to at least one of preset blood pressure estimation functions for estimating the blood pressure of the user from the measured biosignal; and a blood pressure estimating part estimating the blood pressure of the user by using a blood pressure estimation function corresponding to a state type corresponding to the body state of the user based on the corresponding relation information. As such, the present invention is capable of estimating the blood pressure of the user more accurately.
