The present invention relates to a method for screening a therapeutic agent for hepatocellular carcinoma which targets p110 delta PI3K using AKT, phospho GSK3 beta, and beta -catenin as markers of the screening method. In this method, Cancer therapeutic agents, particularly therapeutic agents for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma can be effectively screened.
