Provided are a system for detecting position information of a road lane using RTK-GNSS, capable of positioning the lane with high precision while a test vehicle normally runs on a road by using GNSS and an image camera, obtaining lane image data with high quality by installing the image camera to be vertical to a lane moving direction, and also easily processing an image by minimizing the influence of illumination, flash, etc. by mounting a polarization filter on the image camera, and a method thereof.
