The present invention relates to a meat price adjustment and sales promotion system by analyzing the meat consumption and the clearance amount which can supply meat to a meat retailer at a reasonable price, and can quickly supply the meat in a timely manner by reducing a unit price of meat predicted to be necessary for a retail store to transmit a meat type and unit price information to a terminal of the meat retailer when the larger amount of meat is predicted to be necessary for the retail store, and the clearance amount is increased by analyzing types, volumes, and sales price information of meat sold over certain periods for each meat retailer. According to the present invention, the meat retailer sells high-quality imported meat to customers, thereby providing a virtuous circle structure which increases sales and requests a meat importer to continuously supply meats.
