摘要
The present invention is based on the loading of a hydrophilic natural three-dimensional network consisting of cellulose nanofibers with lipid-based dermal carrier systems. Lipophilic or poorly water-soluble drugs for both cosmetic and pharmacological / pharmaceutical / medical use are encapsulated in the nanometer range lipid particles. These nanoparticles are in aqueous dispersion or solution, allowing the incorporation of lipophilic drugs into the high water content hydrogel (water content up to 99.99%). Such active ingredient-loaded cellulose nonwovens can be excellently used in cosmetics for a variety of different applications (including anti-wrinkles, skin moisture, skin regeneration, etc.). However, they may also be used in the medical field (inter alia for wound treatment, for example, caused by various actions such as chronic wounds, burns, diabetic leg and foot ulcers) and as implants (e.g., bone, cartilage, and skin replacement, but also in the dental field).
