To solve the problem in which, under an environment in which eye tracking is difficult, it is difficult to estimate a point a person gazes at and provide a service based on the estimated point the person gazes at.SOLUTION: A gaze point estimation processing device which is an embodiment of the present invention includes a storage unit for storing a gaze point estimation model and a gaze point estimation unit. The storage unit stores the gaze point estimation model generated by learning based on an image for learning and information on a first gaze point for the image for learning.
