PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction device for predicting an electric power market price, in which the accuracy of predicting an electric power market price is heightened.;SOLUTION: Provided is an electric power market price predicting device comprising an acquisition unit for acquiring the estimated supply amount of electric power generated by renewable energy on a predicted future day, and a prediction unit for predicting, on the basis of the estimated supply amount, an electric power market price on a predicted future day. This enables the prediction unit for predicting an electric power market price to heighten the accuracy of predicting an electric power market price.
