[Problem] The regulatory data defined by the prior art represents the concept originally intended by the planning department as a relative value (target evaluation point) based on the existing design data. The interpretation of regulation is difficult because it is highly specialized, relies heavily on legal experts, and is evaluated as an absolute value. In particular, since electrical design data is handled in 2D, verification of spatial distance restrictions is difficult. A space distance regulation data according to a law is added to two-dimensional structure data for board design for each part, and a space distance of a corresponding law is obtained from a combination of circuit information, component materials, specifications, and mounting design information.
