PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable heat exchanger by preventing solder flow in a seaming part of a connected tube during brazing in the heat exchanger in which a flat tube made by connecting both edges of a strip material is inserted into a tube insertion hole of a header plate.;SOLUTION: A slender first projection part 5 is formed in parallel in a longitudinal direction of a header plate 1, a second projection part 6 orthogonal to the first projection part 5 is provided to both ends in a longitudinal direction of the first projection part 5, and a rigid part 7 is formed in adjoining parts of the second projection part 6 and the first projection part 5. Next, a hole is made on a center line of the first projection part 5 to form an erecting part 11. At that time, a flat surface 8 of the erecting part 11 in the vicinity of the rigid part 7 is made accurately orthogonal to a plane surface of the header plate 1.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
