PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a laminated structure which fixes each material constituting a composite body in consideration of coefficients of thermal conductivity and coefficients of linear expansion of the respective materials, prevents lowering of a fixing strength, and hardly causes electric corrosion.SOLUTION: A fixing material 6, which is a thermoplastic resin mixed with a glass fiber as a filler, is arranged between a body 1 made of CFRTP using a thermoplastic synthetic resin reinforced with a carbon fiber as a matrix resin and a female screw 4 being a metal member, and fixes both the body and the female screw integrally with each other. A composite body is formed by inserting the body 1 and the female screw 4 into an injection molding die and injecting the fixing material 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
