Bone is a metabolically active tissue that may be affected by various toxic substances in the environment, i.e. insecticides, and may be one of the reasons for the increased global prevalence of osteoporosis in most postmenopausal women and those affected by pesticides. The aim of this study was to investigate the osteotoxic effects of thiourea insecticide Diafenthiuron and the possible protective effect of difenothione in Wistar rats. The mice were divided into six groups: witnessesCategory 2: intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 ml ($150 mg)/Group 3: diphenphos rats treated by addition; groups 4, 5 and 6(("m-dia") and ("dia-m") are in force within 15 days at the same time ("m-dia"),Preventive effect (+ DIA) or therapeutic effect (+ dia-m) Our physicochemical analysis results show that "diphenphos can cause frequency band fluctuation in IR spectrum" (p04-3-oh and c03-2). SEM analysisAge ("MEB") also elevated structural changes to bone treated by Diafenthiuron. Histological studies, biochemical and physiological parameters confirmed the results of physiochemical analysis. howeverBased on physiological, physiological, biochemical and histological analyses, the combination of macrolide showed the previously reported repair effect of difenofos. This work can be used as a treatment for osteoporosis, which affects menopausal women and most individuals who use and use pesticides.
