A large-deformation constant-resistance anchor bolt and anchor cable grouting support, and roadway quantitative support method. The anchor bolt comprises a bushing (1), a hollow bolt body (51), an anchor cylinder (3), a support plate (6), a fastening nut (7), and a pin (4). A front end of the bushing (1) is sealed. A rear end of the bushing (1) is open. A middle portion of the bushing (1) is provided with a plurality of grouting holes (11). The inner diameter of the bushing (1) gradually decreases from the middle position of the bushing (1) to the rear end of the bushing (1). A side surface of a front end of the hollow bolt body (51) is sleeved with the anchor cylinder (3). The anchor cylinder (3) is embedded in and movably connected to the bushing (1). The anchor cylinder (3) is connected to the bushing (1) by the pin (4). The support plate (6) and the fastening nut (7) are sequentially mounted on and connected to a rear end of the hollow bolt body (51). The anchor bolt and the anchor cable are simple in structure, facilitating machining, and simplifying support and grouting operations, and are especially suitable for large-deformation support of wall rock, improving self-supporting capability of the wall rock. The large-deformation support of the wall rock is achieved by constant resistance, realizing a combination of yielding-supports and active-passive supports. The roadway quantitative support method realizes quantitative roadway support.
