A vehicle accessory of a three-dimensional weave composite material and a fabrication method therefor, the three-dimensional weave composite material comprising carbon fiber (10) and glass fiber (11). The method comprises: determining a relationship between the stiffness of the three-dimensional weave composite material and a weaving process according to a predetermined micro model (S11); establishing a mechanical model of a vehicle accessory made from the three-dimensional weave composite material according to the relationship (S12); determining a target weaving process according to the mechanical model, a genetic algorithm and a preset initial weaving process, so that the density of the vehicle accessory made according to the target weaving process is as low as possible, and the mechanical properties are not less than the mechanical properties of the vehicle accessory made according to the initial weaving process (S13); and making the vehicle accessory according to the determined target weaving process (S14). With the described method, under the condition that the mechanical properties of the vehicle accessory are satisfied, the mass of the vehicle accessory is as small as possible, thus achieving the reduction of vehicle weight.
