The invention concerns a device formed from a data acquisition circuit (5) connected to a horizontal wind speed sensor or anemometer (10) situated behind the blades (7) of the rotor (8) of the nacelle (9) of a wind turbine (1) and to a sensor system (11) for sensing the exact position of the blades (7) of the wind turbine (1). Using this data acquisition device, instant calculations can be made, such that data about the position of the blades and the values of wind and atmospheric conditions and about the wind turbine are collected, and the matrices of the effects measured during the data analysis period are applied inversely. Thus, both the effect of the passing of the blades and the effect that the entire wind turbine has on the open wind are corrected, returning corrected data about open wind flow measurements.
