Disclosed is an apparatus for real-time monitoring the deformation of the seafloor during a hydrate exploitation process. The apparatus comprises a main frame (1), a detection device and a sensing and wireless data transmission device. The detection device comprises at least two detection straight rods (11) in different directions, wherein the detection straight rods (11) are connected to the main frame (1) by means of movable sleeves (2); a lower end of each detection straight rod (11) is provided with at least two fixing supports (12) that are perpendicular to the detection straight rod (11) and uniformly distributed; and a movable lever (7) is provided on each detection straight rod (11), the movable lever (7) is connected to the main frame (1) by means of a lever fixing rod (6), and an upper end of the movable lever (7) is provided with a telescopic spring (5). The sensing and wireless data transmission device comprises at least two tension-compression stress sensors (14) in different directions, a gyroscope sensor (15), a wireless data transmission emitter (3) and a power source (13) which are all mounted in the main frame (1), wherein the tension-compression stress sensors (14) are connected to the movable levers (7) by means of the telescopic springs (5). The real-time monitoring apparatus can monitor the micro-deformation of the seafloor in real time, and determine the type and degree of the deformation at the same time, and is simple in principle and easy to implement. A seafloor settlement and a seaquake can be monitored in real time, and the exploitation safety is ensured.
