The premix of the present invention contains vitamins, mineral salts, amino acids, yeast cell walls and Chinese herbal medicines, with the premix containing the following Chinese herbal medicines in parts by weight: 1.5-3 parts of Herba houttuyniae, 1.3-2.3 parts of cortex acanthopanacis, 1.5-2 parts of gallnut, 2-3 parts of rhubarb, 1.8-2 parts of Radix scutellariae, 2.7-3.5 parts of Gentiana scabra, 1.8-2 parts of cortex phellodendri, 2.5-3 parts of fleece-flower root, 1.8-2.2 parts of acanthopanax and 0.5-1 part of Codonopsis pilosula. Addition of the premix of the present invention to a feed can maintain the hepatopancreas of Litopenaeus Vannamei, enhance the non-specific immunity of Litopenaeus Vannamei and reduce the incidence rate of white stool syndrome.
